Replenishment Analyst

As Sales Replenishment analyst, you will be in charge of optimizing company item assortment and in stock levels, reporting and coordinating with company supply chain on Walmart shipment requirements and working with Walmart planners to ensure a successful flow of orders and product.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Working in the Walmart Retail Link environment:

  • Pull reports and data to manage each sku and the supply to each store.
    Recommend and write orders to move product through the supply chain.
  • Analyze store level POS data to identify potential out-of-stock issues
  • Monitor and report on key replenishment metrics, initiates actions to improve OTIF, forecast accuracy, replenishment, inventory and service as indicated by Walmart
  • Investigate stocking, delivery and product activity problems
  • Manage transfer requirements by location, find root causes and implement solutions
  • Effectively analyze and execute Inventory Policy settings to support Seasonal Activity
  • Order Management – maintain a high level of accuracy on orders, pricing, execution of allocations, comparison of forecast to trends
  • Analyze corporate, DC, and store level forecasts on continued basis to identify risk and opportunities
  • Assist with scorecard analysis for both internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with key meeting prep.

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business or related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Walmart systems including Retail Link, GRS, Supplier Center, and Ecommerce
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a business analyst or similar role for a CPG company, with responsibility for analyzing POS-based data and formulating insights and recommendations for Walmart account
  • Ability to compile the data and effectively communicate the insights
  • Highly effective at developing presentation materials that are clear, concise and compelling.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office. Very proficient in excel and Photoshop Software

Office Manager

As Office Manager, you will ensure things run smoothly on a daily basis by supporting administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives. You’ll be the coordinating with internal stakeholders and be the key contact within the US team for many operational matters.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations including supplies and deliveries, vendor management.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to the VP Operations and other members of the US Team
  • Act as the Project Manager to liaison between the LA office and other business stakeholders globally.
  • Manage daily flow of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine course of action and develop appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings for Vice President.
  • Track and maintain Office budget including processing expense reports and processing invoices for payment
  • Manage planning and logistics associated with meetings and conference rooms
  • Prepares reports, expense reports and documents as needed
  • Screen and prioritize all correspondence as well as drafts responses
  • Manage phone coverage and file archive/management
  • Coordinate the use of shared conference rooms and other resources.
  • Make all travel arrangements: airline tickets, hotel reservations, car service working through American Express Travel
  • Manages incoming & outgoing mail & carrier shipments, office supplies and equipment

Junior Brand Manager

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for bringing ZURU’s newest brands to market, spearheading production timelines, collaborating on creative, and implementing marketing campaigns to educate the consumer on the hottest new trends. Take the lead on a given project, from concept development to final production output. Conduct market research, develop concepts, manage planning and costs, manage internal and external partners until successful execution that will embody our products and licensing brands.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet with stakeholders to determine assigned category/product lines objectives and strategies
  • Closely monitor sales volume, market trends identifying new, global product and incremental category opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of the industry, category, and consumer behavior.
  • Coordinate product management with cross-functional partners including but not limited to R&D, Design, Engineering, Packaging and Operations to achieve cost targets and ensure on-time market entry.
  • Partner with R&D on new product development. Support new product development efforts including defining product/category vision, product objectives, consumer experience, and merchandising expectations.
  • Partner with International Sales team and Distribution Partners on strategic marketing plans and develop Marketing Assets to support the portfolio. Work closely with TV Studios producing ZURU Commercials for each Brand.
  • Conduct timely analysis of sales performance and execute effective reaction tactics in partnership with sales and agency partners.
  • Prepare presentations on a regular basis to support the sell-in of brands and new product lines to retail partners and to various levels of the business.
  • Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
  • Be a product champion creating internal and external enthusiasm for the product line and serve as a mentor and resource to other team members.
