For internships: We look for students in the penultimate or final year of their tertiary study (any discipline welcome)
Demonstrate strong work ethic and have a proven track record of going above and beyond in all that they do – whether it’s participating in extracurricular clubs, balancing work and study, or becoming an expert in something just for fun!
Are curious and willing to get stuck into anything and everything with a continuous improvement mindset and a perspective that challenges that status quo.
Approach novel tasks and challenges with humility and enthusiasm
