From the initial call to our ZURU Interview Loop, we have a thorough and transparent process where you can showcase your skills, learn more about the role and the team, and address any questions you may have. In this initial call, a member of our Talent Team will catch up with you to discuss your experience, motivation, and goals. We’ll also take this opportunity to provide you with more information about the specific role and give you insights into ZURU’s work and culture.
This interview will likely be conducted with your potential leader, who will delve deeper into your experience and expertise.
This is a great chance for you to gain a better understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the role and the team at ZURU.
We’ll provide you with a job-related task to complete and present to the team (don’t worry you’ll have lots of time to complete the task!). This task is specifically designed to give you an understanding of the type of work you would be involved in and give you an opportunity to showcase your technical abilities. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for you to demonstrate your unique approach and problem-solving skills.
During this final interview stage, you will have the opportunity to meet various team members with whom you will be working with. These interviews focus on assessing your alignment with our ZURU DNA (see below) through behavioural style questions. We recommend reflecting on your previous experiences as you prepare for this interview. Furthermore, it’s an excellent opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have for the team.
Following a decision-making meeting and reference checks, your future leader will personally reach out to you with an offer to join our team at ZURU. Congratulations!
